Create your account and start the trial

Sign up in two steps, pick your login URL, and get your free trial running without a card.

Setting up a WorkLane company takes about a minute. No card is needed to start the trial.

Step by step

  1. Go to /onboarding (or click Start your free trial from any page).
  2. Step 1 of 2 — Your company. Enter your company name, e.g. "Smith & Sons Maintenance". WorkLane suggests a login URL from it — this is what your team will use to sign in. Adjust it if you'd like something shorter.
  3. If you were given a promo code, enter it here (e.g. WELCOME30).
  4. Step 2 of 2 — Your details. Enter your name and work email. This account becomes the company admin — the person who can invite everyone else and change settings.
  5. Submit. WorkLane emails you a link to set your password.

Use a work email you actually check. Invites, invoice exports and daily job summaries all go to this address, and it's the one we use to reach you about your account.

What you get on the trial

The trial is the full product — every feature, no limits on the ones that matter for evaluating it. You'll be prompted to pick a plan before it ends, and nothing is deleted if you don't.
