Email notifications
Choose what WorkLane emails about, and understand the one daily digest that replaces a pile of alerts.

Notification settings are per-company, under Settings → Email notifications.
What triggers an email
- Job assigned — the person put on the job is told.
- Job completed — the office is told when work is finished.
- Daily overview — one consolidated email per manager each morning covering overdue jobs, jobs due today and overdue invoices.
The daily overview is deliberately one email per manager per day, not one per overdue job. Alert fatigue is what makes people stop reading notifications entirely.
Turning things off
Toggle any of these off in Settings if they don't suit how you work. The change applies company-wide.
