Upload RAMS, risk assessments and COSHH once, and attach them to the jobs and properties that need them.

The document library lives at Docs in the sidebar. Note this is the private, per-company library inside the app — it's not this public Knowledge Base.
Step by step
- Go to Docs.
- Upload your risk assessments, RAMS and COSHH sheets, organised into folders.
- From a job, use the document picker — search with "Search documents…" — to attach the relevant ones.
Attaching a document to a job creates a timestamped record that it was made available to the engineer before they attended. That record is the point of the exercise.
Property documents
Documents specific to an address — asbestos registers, plans, prior certificates — belong on the property rather than the job, so every future visit inherits them.
